2. No refunds, make up classes or class credits will be honoured for missed classes within one session..

3. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio has the right to terminate any student without refund or reimbursement.

4. Hogtown Swing Dance Studio is not liable to for any injuries that may occur during class sessions.

5. All monies designated for classes/privates are non refundable. Credit may be applied if need be.

6. All gift certificates, passes, private lesson packages, expire in 6 months of date purchased.

7.Hogtownswing has the authority to cancel class due to act of nature. Classes or credits will be honoured.
