Returns / Exchange / Refund Policy

1. We accept returns only if product is in original packaging and sole is in LIKE NEW condition.

2. Any use or alteration of shoes is considered worn and cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Returns are for exchange only.

4. No refunds or money back, but credit can be awarded through a gift certificate (a $5 restocking fee may be applied).

5. If there is a defect of the workmanship or manufacturing of the product (not our fault), return the item with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase and we will replace the shoes or repair them.


IMPORTANT:
About the dance shoes... We sell specialty footwear - they do not wear like your ski boots... please consider them "equipment" - not the last pair of shoes you will ever buy. If they were made to last forever they would be hiking boots. Depending on the amount of abuse they get, they should last a year or two. The uppers usually wear out before the soles do.


Please read:
Items must be returned in LIKE NEW condition and in original box. (In case you're wondering, footwear that has been worn off the carpet is no longer LIKE NEW).
Please understand, we are just like any other shoe or clothing store. We cannot accept used footwear.
